### 1.กดยอมรับข้อตกลงจาก Adsago เพื่อทำการผูกเข้ากับ Facebook

### แสดง Dialog สมัครมาชิก เพื่อกรอกข้อมูลตามแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนดให้

> * ชื่อ - นามสกุล
> * เบอร์โทรศัพท์
> * คุณรู้จักเราผ่านช่องทางใด
> * ความชำนาญ (สามารถเลือกได้ว่าชำนาญเขียนในด้านไหน เพื่อให้เหมาะสมต่อความต้องการ)\
>   \[เลือกได้มากกว่า 1]
> * ติ๊กยอมรับ ข้อตกลง
> * คลิกลงทะเบียน

### แสดงข้อความสมัครสมาชิกสำเร็จ รออนุมัติทาง SMS
